
Shooting Under Pressure Drills
Shooting under pressure simulates game conditions and improves composure. Start with timed shooting drills, such as making 10 shots from the free-throw line within 2 minutes. Add "Contested Shot" drills, where a partner challenges your shots from different positions. Another effective drill is the "3-2-1 Countdown," where you take a shot under simulated clock pressure. Perform each of these drills for 10 minutes per session to build confidence during high-pressure moments in games.
