Fast-Break Transition Drills

Transition plays are critical for quick scoring opportunities. Practice the "3-on-2 Fast Break" drill with teammates, alternating offensive and defensive roles for 10 repetitions. Perform full-court sprints followed by a layup, completing 5 sprints per practice. For solo training, work on "Full-Court Dribbling," dribbling from baseline to baseline at maximum speed and finishing with a shot. Spend 20 minutes on transition drills to enhance your ability to capitalize on fast-break opportunities.
